To download the latest Excite Audio updates log in to your Plugin Boutique Account, select the Windows or Mac OS icon, click the dropdown menu for the version number and click download.

Can I use Excite Audio plugins on multiple computers?

Yes, all Excite Audio plugins can be activated on up to 3 devices.

I tried activating and received the error “could not connect to activation server”

  • Try to run your DAW as admin and/or try the standalone version if there is one.

  • Check any VPNs and try activating the plugin with the VPN turned off or set to a different node.

  • Check any firewalls and try activating the plugin with firewalls temporarily turned off.

  • Check the internet connection and try an alternative internet connection if possible.
